Terms of Service
Effective date: September 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Chenglin Li, 1 Brookings Drive, St. Louis, MO 63130 (“Publisher”), concerning DocTagger.
The service
DocTagger is a free Google Docs™ Editor add-on that inserts structured tags and synchronizes tag metadata to a Google Sheet selected by the user. The service does not include storage outside Google services.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you tag, the people with whom you share documents and registries, maintaining appropriate backups, and complying with applicable laws and organizational policies. Do not use the add-on to violate others' rights or to process content you are not authorized to access.
Availability and changes
The add-on is provided without a guaranteed service level. Features may change or be discontinued. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the add-on is provided “as is” without warranties. The Publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the add-on.
Termination
You may stop using the service by uninstalling it and revoking its Google Account access. The Publisher may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal obligations, or security threats.

Questions may be sent to charlie.l38324@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
